1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed and confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package's status.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold.
Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $39.99.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
To guarantee product availability and consistent service, we ship through trusted regional distribution partners.
United States: 7–12 business days
Canada / UK / Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days
Note: These are estimated timeframes. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as customs processing or local carrier schedules.
4. Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once the order has shipped. You can track your package via our [Order Tracking] page or directly through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Naelieskin is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Please email us clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging within 72 hours of receipt.
We will arrange a free replacement (or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Naelieskin is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the tracking status shows as "Delivered". If your tracking information indicates delivery but you cannot find your package, please:
Check with neighbors or family members.
Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately to file a claim.
We will provide any tracking details necessary for your claim; however, we cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
